NOVEMBER UPDATE November was a bit of a struggle between me and my scale. I was up over 114 once and only once down to 110. Probably averaged around 112. I am not eating too badly. A bit too snacky at times... Activities probably down... Any good tips for how to not get distracted during at home exercise....
