Up two pounds to 213.5 after a big Christmas party with tons of sugar on Saturday night and amazing 1600 calorie brunch on Sunday. Did not eat another thing all day yesterday after that (except a scotch at the end of the day) and I'm feeling mighty hungry about now. Regardless, I'll wait for noon to eat and then will wrap up eating by 7:30 pm. Tomorrow is my official weigh in (every three days, minimum, for me) and I may get back to 211 or even lower. Today is a fasting 'adjustment' day of 600 calories to get me back to the overall 1300 calorie average I'm targeting for December. Likely will need an additional adjustment day on Tuesday as well, and then 1200 per day until next weekend's indulgence.

We all need a break. Judging from your past weigh ins I can see you are very committed. Sometimes the break will shock your body and you will show a loss in about two to three days but you probably know that already.

Hey, Bill. Glad you had a great weekend. Now back to work! :D FYI, this 8 hour eating window, and working-out outside the window is really working well. I've been working out at night, as I said. I only got halfway through my workout last night (through the 30 mins of walking), when my office called me with a problem. So I never finished the rest of the workout. Still lost another 1.2 lbs today. I think you're going to like the results once you get doing it.
