It happened and you know it happen. Just see it for what it was and make a note of there was a specific event or feeling that triggered it. And in the meantime, yesterday is done, get back on the wagon today and carry on according with the plan 🙌

Be kind to yourself, it happens. Just don’t let the cheat meal become a cheat day/week

it happens to all of us. Just start over today😊 don't be so hard on yourself. I know exactly how you feel but one day of binging won't hurt all the progress you have already made.

Happens to the best of us. Flexible dieting. Stop cutting out food groups. Eat healthy. Fresh food provided by the earth is always good for us. And learn to read food lables. If you do that, you could eat anything and enjoy your day to day without getting to a day where you completely over eat.

My friend once told me that if you drop your phone and it cracks you don't smash it more just because it cracked you just let it go and try be a bit more careful. One bad night isn't going to make or break anything. Just keep trying, you are doing way better than you think already!!

This works for me (might be a bit harsh but it works for me) remember: “what you eat in private, you wear in public... you won’t always be motivated, that’s when you have to be disciplined”

Does your body get its omegas or any form micro/macro nutrients (even if it's from seeds, fresh spices/ ingredients) not packet sauces etc. Cravings and good head space can b fixed just by giving ur body what it needs most... The basics. When the body lacks it's building blocks... It creates cravings.

look into calorie cycling if restricting calories all the time is hard for you. everything that's already been said is awesome advice. You can do this.
