I need to find my mojo and will power again, I seem to have lost it and can't keep gaining weight when I'm supposed to be losing it. I have until next year September/October before my next appointment with my weight consultant. I need to lose as don't want the weight loss surgery. Any tips to help me get back on track.

I think we are all feeling this. I've lost the mojo as well. The only tip that I can give you is that you've got to give yourself a good talking to. No more excuses. I've done that myself this morning and I'm seriously going to try hard this week. When the scales start going down again, maybe it will jumpstart the willpower. Good luck... we can do this! 👍🙂
