Woke at 235.0, down .2 from yesterday. Stayed up watching the new Borat film last night so I slept in. Black coffee and Premier Protein for breakfast. UPDATE: Good water movement today and got to 233.5 before dinner. Ate takeout, which was a massive Chef's Salad. That was good, but had three containers of Ken's Blue Cheese dressing, which I later noted came to 450 calories! I also had a piece of pizza and three chicken wings. The occasional pizza and wings didn't bother me, but I probably could have an entire bottle of Bolthouse blue cheese dressing for 450 calories!
