Hey, it's COVID all the way here. I refused to get tested at work. My gym is closed until December. But we are still having fun and eating everything.
Before I get judged, we have a COVID contact programme. If someone is infected, they identify you as a "COVID contact". You have to test 7 days later, before that, it's useless. So, my COVID contact was from October 12 that I learnt yesterday, 7 days later. I got a call from the Insurance yesterday: "You are a COVID contact" me "OK". "You have to enroll in a complete cessation of work unless you work remotely". "OK, I have been working remotely for weeks". "EW wait, you have to get tested" "No, I am not going back to the office till October 26, that's 14 days, why should I get tested, besides no symptoms at all". Them "OK, have a great day". HILARIOUS.
I understand there are people who are anxious or vulnerable who want to get tested. But I don't want to unless I feel unsafe for others or I feel bad about what's going on. It's not my case, so I don't want anyone to rape my nose, period. Stay safe FSies.
