Things are really hard right now - I have not bought the right things and I am snacking on the wrong things. I skipped running for 4 days last weekend and ate EVERYTHING i should not have - chips and dip, cookies, squares, tiny hor d'ouvre quiches, fatty processed soup. TERRIBLE! Even last night - went out for tacos and had pizza, tacos, and artichoke dip. Shame on my for being glutoneous. On a postitive note - i did get up and to an a.m. run. Got it out of the way first thing. I noticed that it was not as enjoyable and not as easy as my night time run. Not sure if that is just circumstance or if it will get better.
Got some healthy snacks today - veggies and plan on cooking them up for dinner with chicken and rice. I keep saying back on track but when will i start actually doing it? NOW!
