Lol.. I won’t tell, sweet little Liv! 💖 I’ve thrown out food that was taunting me before too.. As long as you don’t reach back in and rescue it out of the garbage to eat it a moment later, it’s all good. Don’t feel guilty, love. Stay strong, big hugs!

Don’t beat yourself up because if that’s what you had to do to stay on track...do it. It was easy for us to get this way and hard as heck to lose it!! I just cleaned out all my cabinets and re-lined them and had to throw out things because of due dates but most of it was bad stuff like 3 boxes of cake mix hellooooo didn’t need them anyway!!! Stay strong!!!

I've done this w peanutbutter on many occasions! At the grocery store I'll have a jar in my hand and then look at the label and struggle so hard to put it back on the shelf. If I bring it home, I'm doomed. I can't resist it.

Oh the horror!! 🤣 Throwing out Pb!
Had to have been hard. I only get Smucker's Natural with a bit of salt. Then I'm super careful with the portions. it is so easy to get lost in the jar and then it's gone! I have thrown out lots of regular spaghetti, etc and other items so I would not be tempted. You did good if that was one of your triggers!
