Thanks BP for the comments on my journal. Do men/you get emotionally rattled like we women do :) I so wish this weight loss stuff was more cut and dried and that emotions didn't play a role. But then if they didn't I wouldn't be overweight in the first place! Sigh. Appreciate being your buddy :)

Thanks BP for a look into your life. Wish I could develop some distance. There is no logical reason for the feelings that bite me from time to time but logic and this woman do not go hand in hand :) So far its been a good day. Just now eating my protein bar, around noon. I like work, it's busy and keeps my mind off food and off any issues. Of course the issues are waiting for me when I have time to think but that's a whole other story :)

Hi Bill, You are no less supportive just because you are not 'emotional'. I value your support and friendship even though we are wired differently - lol. Thanks for updates on your work schedule. I wondered if the Government were back to work. Glad you/they are - pay cheques are important :)
