So cutting out sugar has been REALLY hard! One major slip (curly wurly), and a couple of minors (few mini marsh mallows), but on the whole sticking to it. Will keep at it until its second nature. Exercise upped to twice a week, a third being added next week. Getting more active on the whole. The weight is moving, clothes more comfortable, must keep this up.
