I don't know what happened overnight to make me lose 0.8 kgs but ok! I'll take it! It's probably just water though so it might come back tomorrow
92.8 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 12.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
