I guess I am in bizarro land this week. UGH. I tried something new - I made Raspberry Chia pudding which hardly had any carbs or sugar (sugar from raspberries only) and 1/4 tsp of liquid stevia. I made is twice b/c the can of coconut milk had 2 servings. Well all week I didn't lose an ounce. I know I didn't overeat, I didn't binge, and I wasn't over on carbs. Plus I had 2 solid workouts at PT. So what the heck? Just venting b/c it's annoying. I know these are the times you have to buckle down and stay with it b/c if I am truly doing everything right it will eventually come off. I'm gonna have to really want these last 6 pounds and stay the course! Never give up gang! (((Hugs))) Shelly

I average 1000 to 1200 calories a day. I'll often maintain the same weight 2 or 3 weights. suddenly over days or a week I drop 10 pounds even if I eat more than norma. I only lift weights, rarely. Weight loss is weird and some common views a little misleading.
