Why do I get the feeling that goblet squats aren’t as adorable as they sound? 😅 Ooh I’ve never been to the west coast, but I always wanted to visit Seattle. I love rain, I love coffee, I love mountains, etc. As a NYC-er, any time I see a photo of mountains, I feel like the air is really fresh.. at least probably a little cleaner than ours. My sis lives in Portland on your coast and she loves it. She used to hate the humidity we get here and prefers a dryer climate. I’ve yet to visit her. And 500 extra calories is awesome, Melissa!! I appreciate that tip, it’s very encouraging. I’m loosening up a little more with my intake based on everything I’m learning from you guys. As long as I keep getting fitter, it honestly doesn’t matter how much I weigh. Not like anyone will be trying to pick me up any time soon. 

Melissa, we once ride motorcycles up Mauna Haleakala on Maui (10,000') and when we got to the top there were people on bicycles up there.  

Chris, you are such a silly pirate! You don’t have to wear your mask to sleep or when showering, poppet. Your governor must be very strict. 😬🤣 And yes, I would love to visit and reunite with all my west coast fishy creatures some day. I love aquariums!!

Goodness, Shir! They are much fitter than me!! I see people riding their bikes up and down the hills and I suspect they have two things... Good bikes and good legs! 😁  

NewnameMM, I will be more reasonable in my invitation!!!! When this stupid virus is better, do come see us!!! Visit your sis and then come north. We will find a spot to stick you and yours that isn't too wet! You may visit the aquarium with Chris, but I won't make you sleep in the sea! We don't have "extra" rooms but we know how to shift over and make a space! So do plan to come! Chris will show you the proper way to do a goblet squat, which isn't cute at all!  

aintgotaname, people here think they are dying when the temperature gets to 85, so I get little sympathy when I'm crying for hot weather! I am so very happy to have some warm weather! 😁  

Hey! She is coming to my house! She can have my room and I'll use the tent! Don't trust a pirate, mermaid!  

Melissa, that is so incredibly sweet!! Thank you so much. I will for sure take you up on that, guys. I don’t need a lot of space, just fill up a bathtub and I’ll be in my element. 🧜🏻‍♀️💖 For real though, I still sleep like I’m in college (futon, no bedsheets, and in very small amounts b/c FOMO), so I’ll honestly be happy anywhere. 🥰

Chris, you are a nut!!! But we all know that! NewnameMM, I'm sure your babies would need more space than a little mat on the floor. All my kiddies are grown, but we have an awesome swingset and slide and big old netted trampoline in the yard. Might need the leashes though, since the fence doesn't go all the way around! 😁  

Melissa, that sounds so wonderful! I’m actually really excited. I love having another amazing reason to visit the west coast finally. You are so sweet. The four of us are totally down! 🥰 Chris, that’s an extremely specific request. 😂

Thank you, fiwoay! Not close like when you are in your mountains, but I still love them! 60pack, the rain actually came after this. Just enough to dampen everything for a few minutes before it all quickly evaporated. Oh it smelled that wonderful, fresh, summer rain scent!  

Right!!!! I remember you talking about that last summer I think!!!! The most unusual word!!!
