Woke at 234.1, up .6 from yesterday. That disappoints me as I only ate 1585 calories and was fully within macros yesterday. Oh well, it's all about the long game. Did weights and a brisk early morning dip. Starting with protein coffee. UPDATE: Got to 232.9 at 4:30. Ate sardines and an egg at lunch at noon. Grilled chicken, eggs, and salad tonight.

That always bugs me as well when I put in the effort but the scale does not comply.

Hi Bill, you're in the green zone which is something I aspire to. I like that you know and use the science of healthy eating. It seems to me that you have either been in the blue zone or have flirted with it in the past. You will figure this out. Thanks for the inspiration.
