Sometimes I even bring my roses inside. :)

I think I ended up a little dehydrated this morning for my weigh in. I managed a total of 10 miles yesterday... three of which I ran. A late night date with some lovely ice cream happened, because I was feeling so drained. I decided it was "needed" for fuel to work out well today!
65.4 kg Lost so far: 21.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
