Woke at 230.7, down 3.6 from yesterday after a liquid-only fasting day (I did have a protein drink). Slept in and am going to do a ton of yard work as my workout today. I expect to lose a few more pounds out in the heat. UPDATE: Got a ton of branches cut, weeds pulled, pavers de-mossed, fixed my hose, and sprayed everything down to clean up. That took about 3.5 hours. I had a large black coffee before starting and a Coors Light about halfway through. At 4 pm, I weighed in at 224.9! Leftover meatloaf and BLTs for dinner.
