WEEKLY UPDATE Average weight 109.5 Average cals: 2000 Today 108.2 Started with a feast this week but went normal keto for the rest of the week. Nice weather so I spend a lot of time outdoors biking and running and walking. I have done lazy dinners. And am trying to use up some covid bulk buying. I have lots of chicken. This week I made some with tahini sauce. A first for me. Really good. Found a recipe in a Syrian cookbook. Need to be better at doing my strength since keeping lean body mass and body strength is so crucial. I was going to do some today but ended up going for a jog, Maybe work a bit of upper body later on. Missing Yoga. Almost everything is open now but yoga classes will not start till fall at the earliest. Our family has been a bit careful as we plan to visit in-laws in a week and see the grand baby for the first time. But it is feeling very normal like out there Me and my daughter during a pause in our leisurely bike ride this week.
