STILL FINDING ME FEET . GOING TO TAKE A WHILE . TROUBLE IS I HAVE BEEN IN THE RUT FOR SO LONG NOW . IT IS GOING TO TAKE A WHILE TO GET OUT OF IT . NOW PLANNING ON DOING IT FAST . JUST SLOW AND STEADY . I HAVE OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS BECOME WHAT NEVER WANTED TO BE . A COUCH POTATOE . SO GOING TO TRY SLOW MOVEMENTS .
