Going to try to finally get this body into some form of shape . I had a look in the mirror the other day and all I could see was me . The me that should not be there in the 1st place . Just a mass , a mass I say . And my posture had flew out of the window . So my pledge this year is to try and make a difference . Try to change my eating habits, put them back to where they were a few years ago . And all the crap not to be bought in the 1st place
