Too embarrassed to log my weight after a slip up became a screw up. It is under 209 but I don't like it as the Onderland picture is getting a little faint for me. UUGH, must focus, must focus

I have it recorded on my scale app on my phone so I will log it after a couple of days of getting lower numbers on the scale as I WILL get this correction going.

I want to blame the crazy person in the office who decided to have an emergency meeting at 3:50 PM on a Friday evening for screwing up my my walk plans last Friday.

Here is the shocking truth: As long as I blame others, they will always have control of my thoughts, which controls my actions. I got this. I will persevere.

I didn't walk Friday, Saturday and Sunday but I did do some dumbbell exercises over the weekend. I am proud of the 23 miles I walked in 4 days M - Thur last week after work.

I'm in the office today and will be off tomorrow to receive the dump truck and the river rocks for the fire pit. The boys and I will be busy tonight and tomorrow. I got an extra wheelbarrow so two of us can shuttle the rocks to the back yard, the other will spread them it out as we deliver it. I will have to plan my meals in advance (I may prepare them today which will help as I can control the foods vs asking the wife to get fast food for us as we work out back)

I'll be ok FS friends. I'll be just fine.

Onward.

Can totally relate... haven’t walked much as of late. Hubby & I doing lots of landscaping moving rocks, soil & mulch. (Mostly hubby doing all the heavy work). That definitely counts for activity! Enjoy moving rocks with your boys 😊

Ches I hear you!!! I am at the work at home program for now, today was my day to go in for a little in the morning and a little in the afternoon. Boy, I am glad i am back at home for the rest of the week. Lol my blood pressure must have went 20 points due to aggravation. The exercise with your home project will burn some calories.

I feel for you! But you have recognized the problem and are working on it in a positive manner! The next time a situation like that happens you will be better prepared on how to react. Dont be embarrassed. Be proud of the great job on the Mon-Thurs walking. Take care!
