Woke at 232.8, up .5 from yesterday. Ate more than 3000 calories yesterday, including some ice cream late. I also drank a full-sugar A&W Root Beer by mistake, which proves that their Diet version tastes pretty good because I could not tell until I glanced at the can and saw 170 calories! Started the day with weights, water, Premier Protein, and black coffee. UPDATE: Made it to 231.5 at 5 pm. This is one hell of a battle, hill by hill, town by town.
