Woke at 226.6, up 2.0 from yesterday after indulging in burgers and too much red wine last night. Did 20 minutes of HIIT spinning, and then protein coffee. At work but the windows are open and the birds are chirping. I hope you have a great day. UPDATE: Red wine kicked in after coffee this morning and let's just say several extended detox sessions resulted! Pre-lunch weigh-in: 224.1! UPDATE 2: Weighed in at 225.1 before dinner.
