Woke at 226.5, down .1 from yesterday. Started with weights, water, and protein coffee. Before I shower I’m going to go out into the yard and clean up some brush. Sunny and 80s here today. Happy weekend! UPDATE: Went outside and got another great workout by cleaning up some brush and dead vines in the back corner. I filled up a large outdoor trash container with all that stuff! I came in and was down to 224.3! UPDATE 2: Weighed in before dinner at 5 and was down to 224.1. Brisket, cucumbers, and tomatoes made for a perfect summery meal.
