In a better mood today, although still very tired. Started biking to the subway station (in pittsburgh, we call it the "T"). Boy, I don't know how many miles it is, but my body says it must be a lot. Surprised at how ignorant some drivers can be. They just don't like to share the road. Trying to be healthy sure isn't easy in today's frantic semi-automated synthetic society. Hard to find good foods and to fit exercise in.

I used to bike across San Francisco to catch the subway (BART). I always took a longer route so I can stick to safer bike lanes. But no matter how many safety measures I took, there were always close calls. So I think you're very brave and doing something very beneficial to your health and the environment!
