I'm not recording this week's weight because I think it was inflated by water retention. Or should I say, I'm praying it was! I've been focussed on being more active this week and I hope it makes a difference. I've discovered that the current situation and calorie counting just don't go together in my mind, so I'm putting that aside and trying to eat more intuitively. I know I eat too many carbs, but if I'm happier and moving more, that will do me for now!
