Woke at 218.0, down 3.6 after a 'fasting' day where I only ate about 530 calories. This is fasting as in alternate eating days per the Krista Varady strategy. I might call those one-meal days for clarity. But I had a major whoosh all day and evening that resulted in my finding the two-teens again. Started the day with weights, a large water and protein coffee. Targeting just over 2400 calories today after the meal yesterday. We are ordering Chinese food in tonight. Danger, Will Robinson! Who's old enough to get that reference? I'll do beef and broccoli and steamed veggies. No rice. UPDATE: Gorgeous day here. Spent the afternoon outside with some nice tunes playing. Got to 217.8 at 5 pm. Denise is ordering dinner now. LIfe is good!
