Well my weight is down slightly less than 1/4 lb, so I'm not going to try to record that. But I seem to have taken another 1/2 inch off my waist, COOL!!! Today I'm going to take it easy on the exercise, still try to get in my 6000 steps but then just do some stretching & ab work. Yeah, still need some ab work, LOL! Anyway, I really need to keep the calories in check today, hit that 1100 calorie mark. Maybe I'll actually see 140.0 tomorrow morning, wouldn't that be something! But I'll take the non-scale victory of 31" waist for today, yes indeedy!
