Woke at 221.2, up 4.8 after a huge 3500 calorie day (over 800 more than I burned). Fasting today and then will limit myself to about 2300 calories tomorrow to get back on track. Started the day with HIIT spinning, water, and coffee. UPDATE: Got back to 220.0 by 5 pm.
