Lost a pound last week but I know I've gained that back & then some. I maybe wrong, my weigh in is tomorrow. I really hope I'm wrong.... But I've really hit crunch time with regards to an up coming wedding, it's in October. So now I'm reverting back to an extreme diet I used 3 half years ago for my brothers wedding. Only this time, I'm the maid of honour! I don't want to embarrass my sister or my own little crew. Plus my husband has stalled in his efforts to lose weight. I joined a gym, 2 weeks ago... I've been 4 or 5 times. Between work & young kids it's hard to get there but I do the body pump, LBT .. those classes. But will start using the weights, as I also need to strengthen my body & mostly my soft core. This is going to take ALL of my will power but for my sister, who I'd do almost anything for (kids still first!🙈), "I WILL DO THIS & CAN DO THIS!!!" Today is day One... tbc....
