Have begun having one cup of coffee with 1/3 tsp turmeric and 1/2 tsp raw coconut oil in the morning, as well as a full glass of water with vinegar (and sometimes 1/2 tsp raw honey). Water/ACV first thing and coffee with breakfast, whenever that happens. Weight holding stead w/ perhaps 1 # lost but not logging it yet; will wait till Saturday and see what it is then for logging. Might do this just on Saturdays. (The same day I get the SQ injection and add 1/2 extra levothyroxine to that day's dose.)
