Weight / Fasting Data: 12/19 212.0 lb 4:30 AM Weight. 7:30 PM start of a extended fast 12/20 213.2 lb 4:30 AM Weight. 10 hrs into fast 12/21 209.2 lb 4:30 AM Weight. 34 hrs into fast -- Broke fast at the 48hr mark. Had an awesome refeed with dinner and wine and some light snacks. I estimate under 2000 calories with under 100 grams of carbs based on me having a similar meal I logged in the past 12/22 206.6 lb 4:30 AM Weight. 10 hrs into a intended 24 hr fast 12/23 206.6 lb 4:30 AM Weight. 10 hrs into an intended 21 hr fast that actually ended at the 22 hrs and 30 minute mark because I was running errands that delayed my return home to dinner 12/24 206.8 lb 4:30 AM weight. 9 hrs into an intended extended fast. Will break it when I am ready
This weekend's food -- I survived this weekend with controlled refeeds that in the past were not controlled in the past after fasting.
I ate one meal each day, dinner, on Saturday and on Sunday with my family. I didn't care what they were eating because I had a plan and I executed my plan.

Good job! Yeah "Time" is the thing I am experimenting with this time around. I am trying to see what happens when I go nearly 2 weeks without a binge...

Thanks DO N OK!!! Thanks gottfrie - I choose fasting over logging every dang thing for my way of addressing my energy needs. I will work hard and continue the fine tuning on my refeeds to get that scale number to go lower. I got this and so do you!
