Do not know if others have tried weight watchers, the bonus WW . It all depends on how much you want to lose .
And the amount of time you want to take, to get to your goal weight.
I am going with what I know . No more calorie counting, no more worry about what I can and can not eat .

I am allowed 26 points each day .
With an allowance of 31 over the week .

So let's get this under way ...

it all ends up as counting, no matter what way you look at it. WW is counting, but in a different way, the same as SW, sun's counting again. Good luck with whatever is best for you though, we all need to find what works. x
