Hi good morning everyone - working from home today - my car looks like an ice cube! Totally covered with ice! I think 24 hour fasts are working out for me. I just did 23 hours b/c I wanted to eat breakfast before work.

I made it 1 whole week without binge eating! I am using my tools when I feel stressed. Mindfulness techniques are very helpful. My friend told me about an app called Happy Color and I use that all the time. It is a mindless app where all you do is "color" pictures. I use it when I am stressed out at work and tired and find that I am thinking about eating.

Do any of you get chocolate cravings after you eat? I always want chocolate after dinner. I sit and think "Do you want chocolate or do you want lower blood sugar?" or "Do you want chocolate or do you want your weight to go down?" I know if I start on chocolate it will be off to the races on a binge. I have no "1 serving" type mentality when it comes to sugar.

Shelly, I want something sweet after I eat. I'n not sure what it is but I just wait if out most of the time and it goes away. I'll have to look that app.

I save enough calories so that I can have something sweet after dinner. I can actually eat 1 piece of chocolate & sometimes do. My go to though are Outshine frozen fruit bars. They range in calories from 35 to 90 and come in many flavors. After that I don't eat til late morning.
