After a disappointing weigh in I'm trying extra hard this week. found a different YouTube challenge thing as the one I tried last week was too straining on my neck. I've done this one before and it's a Pilates one for 21 days this time so hoping it helps with the toning. working extra hard to stay focussed and within my calories this week. still lighter than when I started and got another 'you look like you lost weight' comment today so staying positive and focussed
