First time I've tracked calories in a few days. Well my weight's up nearly a lb, and it's a little game I play where I avoid FS so I don't have to list my "true" weight. I'm sure I'll get it back down, but of course tracking would be helpful. The PT is coming along, I'm feeling much better & have even started running again. Just 2 minutes at a time, though, and for no more than 10 minutes total. It's also colder outside, and my right knee is feeling it - BUMMER! So I've got to focus on the diet, high protein & low cal/carbs for me!

I've done this too, more times than I can count. When I start slipping, I stop tracking my food intake and my weight. And I KNOW the way back is to start logging again. We have to fight the inner child (who wants to eat everything and not workout and not be responsible!) and be the adult sometimes. Then we can have reasons to celebrate, let the child out and do a happy dance!
