Recipe 😊:
needed :
Barley 0,5 glass, mushrooms 150-200 g ( I used frozen porcini but champignons could work also),
1 carrot, 1 medium onion, knorr vegetable cube, salt, pepper , dill and garlic according to the taste
1. Cook barley, in 1 litre of water approximately 40 min, I changed the water when it was ready
2. Onion cut and carrot shredded, fry both for 5-10 min or till onion get a bit golden colour
3. I fried my mushrooms separately but can be cooked together with onion and carrot, fry for 10 min
4. Add onion, carrot, mushrooms mix to the pot , add knorr , adjust water depends how do you want your soup to be thick or be more watery, add salt, pepper, dill, garlic
5. Soup is ready
