I woke at 229.8, down 1.8 from yesterday. My lunch meeting was canceled but I have drinks after work. I plan to water fast this weekend to jump start my post-holiday reset. UPDATE: Venti Americano and a Quest bar for lunch. I came home at 228.0, so showing a little progress. Denise is whipping up some beef stew meat in the instant pot, so dinner is covered.
