May 25th after losing 26# from start vs today at gym down 32 from before pic. down 58 total since last Feb/Mar and a random back pic. Hard to photograph myself. Work in progress. Should have taken the back after doing back instead of after waking up.

You know how yours is kinda cute? Mine is not. LMAO! And the more I lose, the more saggy krang it becomes. No great solution.

Irial...little secret - the higher you lift your arms, the less back fat you have. 😆 But truly most of my fat has always been on my front side. Working on losing the tummy. Thank you for you kind words! 💕I want my back to be super amazing one day. It's getting there. S-l-o-w-l-y... 💪🏼

I wish I had a picture of my krangypoo the first 3 months into the transformation. It looked like a deflated balloon. I ate healthier and worked my core, that seemed to have tightened about 80% of it. The rest is just a war scar of the journey. The worst one can do is to yo-yo, more permanent stretch marks are created and it seems like the skin loses elasticity. I don’t have any science to back it up, but I’m thinking of a rubber band... keep stretching and unstretching it eventually it’ll snap.
