I haven’t sat down since half 7 the morning I ha SOOO much energy. Is this normal? I’m eating about 1000 calories a day...but I’m not starving at all I don’t get why I have all this energy but I’m loving it!!!

Same happend to me as I startled eating and drinking sensible and lost weight found I had so much more energy and drive than I normally had.

Calorie counting mainly but also macros about 50 percent carbs 25 percent proteins and 25 percent fats. As close as possible to no cholesterol . As a rough guide average daily intake has been about 1000 calories less than calories burned to exercise. It took me just over a year to go from 14 and half stone to 10 stone. It's been a way of life not just a diet to me. Record everything I have eaten and drunk except water. Weighing my portions or if in doubt over estimate. Ignore temptation keep determined and have the odd treats going over my recommend daily intake but not too often.

Very inspirational! I’m gonna take the advice so far I haven’t given up and this is the longest I’ve been strong for haha 😂

You can do it. Just keep determined and it will happen. Remember its a way of life not just a diet. Good luck.
