Woke at 226.0, down .8 from yesterday. 100% fasting this morning before a medical procedure. I will eat a little later this afternoon! UPDATE: Had a bone marrow biopsy today. Longer-term members may remember I was diagnosed with bone marrow cancer in 2016. I did a transplant in February 2017 and I've been doing great ever since. I do have to take a small chemo pill in maintenance. The biggest issue with that is water retention (as if I need more of that). Well, three years after my procedure, the bloodwork has been consistently excellent. The doctor said that if this latest biopsy comes back clean, I can drop the meds and consider myself practically in full remission. So they took a small core sample out of my rear pelvic bone and we'll see how that goes after lab work. But the bonus was, I had to do a FULL fast until about 3:30 pm. They fed me a turkey sandwich, some fruit cocktail, and a granola bar. Suffice to say the turkey from the sandwich was good! Everything else stayed in the box lunch. Came home at 224.2 and definitely ready for dinner!
