Hurray! My calorie watching is working! I knew I was doing well because a) I could stand in shower a wee bit longer, b) I could reach my feet to put my compression stockings on, c) my arms seemed to have dimples where the fat layer has been burned, d) my daughter said my belly's shrunk. Good effort. Now to lose even more :-)
