Woke at 235.0, down 2.8 from yesterday, but a looong way to go. Protein coffee to start and then will eat tonight, perhaps taking some protein at about 3 pm or whenever I get hungry. UPDATE: Ate some Brussels sprouts and some gruyere cheese at 3 pm. Weighed in at about 5:30 before dinner and got to 233.6. Things are moving slow, but I am looking for more this weekend.
