I had one of those and got too carried away my first few days; I ended up having to assure my supervisor I wasn't in an abusive relationship thanks to the bruises lol! Build up slowly 😂 

I love my weighted hula hoops, I have one that bruises as it is very weighted so I don't use that much. It's good motivation to get good at it though, they can hurt a bit when you drop them on your toes. Have fun! And I agree with Frankie, build up slowly. 

Thank you for the advice it came today it’s bigger than I thought it would be. I’m not as good at it as i imagined but will persevere with it, my 10 year old son however took to it straight away and has shown me up already 🤣😅😂 

Love the hoola hoop, but I had bruises with the weighted one too. Xx
