Pics of just some of the food I cooked up for Christmas Eve. It's always a challenge cooking for 30 something family members, but always a lot of fun, and definitely made easier by a certain beverage 😉. In these pics we have antipasto, shrimp cocktail, fried baccala with vinegar cherry peppers, Frutti di Mare (seafood salad), baccala salad, linguine marinara, linguine with clams, garlic knots, cheesecake with a raspberry sauce and the helping beverage! I also made eggplant parmigiana, fried flounder, stuffed mushrooms, bourbon pecan pie.... Everything was homemade, from me tying the dough for the garlic knots, right down to the cocktail sauce for the shrimp! We don't eat meat Christmas Eve, we follow the tradition of the 7 fishes. I tried everything but ate very mindfully!! I hope everyone had a great Christmas!!
