Well the weight so speaks for itself, another 1.6lbs. A total of 5 pounds! The interesting thing is that I have been eating healthy just adding sugar based treats to give me a boost, plus going out for meals. I have a number of times eaten and felt uncomfortably full. I need to listen to my body! Finally I have not been going my classes, as well as the exercise part there is the guilt. Anyway let's see if the concrete dating is true. I will be very strict for one week, 1200 calories, and will see what a difference this makes.
