thanks! it was easy, the trick was to melt butter in the backing dish first, and pour the egg mixture in while its bubbling :D

aw Haha Thanks! I also made gnocchi with the 5 lbs of mashed potatoes that didn't get eaten. 🤦♀️ I always make too much!
