This shirt makes me do shoulder presses with the little straight bar instead of dumbbells just to match the image...and no one notices- but I find myself quite amusing. (And I might add that I'm the only person I find amusing that early in the morning). 😁

Great you have been consistent! As a side note, I think it works better with a mere bar for me compared to dumbbells or just machines.

I find the dumbbells more challenging than the bar...but I like all three. 👍🏼
