Weekends are so hard! I kind of had a "cheat day" Saturday which extended into Sunday. I'm mostly grateful that the weight gain was less than a lb, and will hopefully be gone tomorrow. But I lifted weights yesterday & felt really strong. I did that in the morning, and in the evening I put in 35 minutes on my treadclimber. I also got in 2 miles on my treadmill Saturday. My knee isn't bothering me too bad today, and considering how freakin' COLD it is outside that's kind of amazing. Hope everybody stays warm today!
