1 carton of egg whites = 50g protein 0 fat. I love full eggs much more but needed to stay low calories high protein today.

Dude... 1 cup of egg beaters is 25g of protein. How much is in your carton? 100g in a32 oz carton of egg beaters.

2 cups.. Sams has a 6 pack of these I get all the time. 1 cup ain't enough for me unless I mix in real eggs.

So essentially we are eating the same thing. Except I eat 1 for 25 and you eat double that. 💪🏼👍🏼

Build that muscle and burn the fat!!! Protein is amazing!!! Be sure to always balance with complex carb. Works best that way.
