Added 0.2 kg this week, tbf I did have 2 glasses of squash prior to weighting myself which probably affected the weight, never the less I’m still happy to be around this area.

84.kg was my goal from 95 so very chuffed now I’m looking at toning my body and losing these love handles!
84.5 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
